    Adaptive Human Nature

The last ten months of my life an career have been an extreme eye opener, with all the medical research I have done and in turn discovered the most important truths about the actual bottom line of how simple it is to live a longer healthier life. Another truth is that the highly touted lifespan average of 77 years old is in all essence, dying young.

In the fall of 06 I began my journey of research in order to collect correct data to build my website and business CookingClass101.com and this here blog around. My direction was based on the diets of cancer and other disease survivors. A cross referencing stage began and I found plain as day the common factor was alkalinity. So my research redirected to pH levels and balance of the human body.

It was a few months into this redirected phase I received an email "The worlds Most perfect Water". Yet I stuck that email on the back burner and moved on completing my research to start and build my web business. Some four or five months later I reopened that email and without hesitation got some X2O.

I began adding this teabag like sachet to my now elevated water intake in April 07, as I had been severely dehydrating my bodily cells to a point of many physical complications, yet could not and did not connect the correlation of the two as so many today do not. Within days I began noticing symptoms disappearing.

I had many physical problems due to the extremely hot kitchens and greasy floor environment I worked in for so many years. From bad disks in my back to shoulders, wirsts, hips and knees, not to mention the stress levels. Within a month of testing this X2O product on myself they were gone.

Which brings me to the adaptive human nature we all suffer from. After a few months of feeling great I began to truly wonder if the product was actually doing anything for me, as I had adapted to this new found pain free, symptom free physicalness. So I ran a four day test to see what would happen. I reduced my fluid intake back to close to what I use to drink and drank a pop/soda a day after work but no where near as much as I use to.

By day four I was in a colaspted state, once again with bodily function in caos. I could not sleep! All the pain of injuried joints returned to hunt me. Having become unconscious on the bathroom floor with no one around to help me. I picked myself up and began drinking my X2O water once again. Though it has taken me a few days to return to my healthier state, I no longer doubt my own prior research or that a pH balanced body using X2O is the utter truth to an actual and very simple healthier base foundation to human existence.
